In today's work environment, achieving a work-life balance is not only desirable, it is a necessity. The Northern Territory is a fantastic place to live, offering a relaxed lifestyle, diverse culture, unique adventures and superb city living.
At Merit Partners we want you to experience all that life has to offer and to strike a work-life balance that is appropriate for you through flexible working arrangements.
”Working part-time offers the flexibility for you to strike a balance between work and home. You have the security of paid sick leave and annual leave with the flexibility of additional time with your family or to engage in other pursuits.” - Michael Stott
“Merit Partners not only promotes but enthusiastically encourages and supports a work-life balance amongst its team members. When starting as a Merit team member I discussed with a partner the possibility of leaving work early each Wednesday to continue volunteer work that I do for a local charity, he sincerely replied “It’s important to you, and believe it or not that makes it important to us”. I am thankful that I can continue this rewarding work in the community with such valuable support.” - Tegan Harris
Influenza is highly infectious and spreads easily through direct contact with a person who is carrying the virus. For example, by shaking hands with or by using the same telephone as someone with flu you’re extremely likely to catch the virus.
Each year Merit Partners plays a vital role in trying to prevent their staff from falling ill with the flu by giving them the opportunity to be inoculated. Merit Partners, along with Health for Industry, hold an “on premises clinic” on an annual basis for those Staff wishing to receive the Flu injection.
